HOW TO USE: Shake well before use. Draw the desired dosage (the suggested dose is one mL*) into the measured dropper. Place the desired dosage under the tongue and hold for 60 seconds or more before swallowing. Use once or twice daily. Individual results may vary. It may take up to two hours to feel the effect.
*Start with 1/2 the suggested dose and decrease or increase the amount to reach the desired effect.

Love using this CBD! I feel like my muscles are bouncing back quickly after challenging yoga classes. I’ve been taking about .75 mg per day (75% of the dropper). After taking an advanced hatha class last night and swearing I wasn’t going to be able to walk this morning, I wasn’t even sore! Just fatigued lol.

I tried this “restore” tincture because I love tumeric and ginger and I needed something extra to help restore my body after a long skateboarding tour. First of all, the flavor is amazing! Each morning I started with half a dropper under my tongue. Then I put half a dropper into my golden milk tea. I definitely enjoyed this one and will be ordering it again soon.
