Why Do I Feel So Achy?
Whether you were stepping up your workout or training for a marathon, you might notice that you are achy a couple of days later. You might be experiencing delayed onset muscle soreness or DOMS. Because you may be doing a new activity or training heavy or hard for a race or an event or to break out of a plateau, you tend to push to a limit that breaks down the muscle creating delayed onset muscle soreness, Lactic acid buildup, and even micro-damage to the muscles and joints.
At BzBody Fitness, you receive a variety of workouts that cross-train and recruit multiple muscles. We believe that training the entire body, including the mind and soul, will make you a much better athlete. Variety in our programs keeps you challenged, engaged, and enthusiastic about your workouts.
Why Is Recovery Important?
You work hard to get results. Your body has to take time to re-coop and recover. As we age, our body tends to resist the intense, repetitive workouts and movements. Giving your body a day off will do wonders. A day off can mean yoga, stretching and foam rolling to keep your body active and mobile while giving it a rest from the pounding and lifting. Infrared saunas, red light therapy, cryotherapy, massage, and rest will restore your body and allow for recovery.
Runners, in particular, find it hard to take a day off. However, it is essential for them to rest. It is during those recover phases that the body is able to get stronger and faster.
Can CBD Help Recovery?
People don’t always take that extra time to recover and restore – so here at BzBody, we use CANVIVA CBD to generate results allowing the body to rejuvenate at the cellular level. If you can’t actively take the time to recover and rest, you need to seek out alternatives.
We all can’t jump into a cryo-tank or take 30 minutes in a sauna or hot tub. CBD tinctures and roll-ons may help deliver relief. They are as easy as a drop under the tongue or roll across the joint or muscle.
CANVIVA CBD oil tinctures, many containing essential oils, are specially formulated to help provide effective relief for a variety of health concerns including pain, mood enhancement, and insomnia. And, we make all of our full spectrum CBD oil topicals with the same quality PURE CERTIFIED CBD™ Oil we use in our tinctures.
