Avocado Toast with CBD & CBG
SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS
2 large or 4 small slices of artisan bread
1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
4 to 6 drops CANVIVA CALM PLUS or RESTORE PLUS tincture (or you can use 6 drops of CANVIVA SOLUBLE CBD tincture)
1 generous pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
1 dash of red pepper flakes (if desired)
1 squeeze of fresh lime juice to taste
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
thinly sliced pickled or fresh jalapeno peppers
fresh sprigs of cilantro
toasted sesame seeds
thinly sliced green onions
chopped chives
cherry tomato halves
INSTRUCTIONS
Toast bread to your desired darkness.
While bread is toasting, in a small bowl mash avocado with a fork.
Add CANVIVA tincture of choice, sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lime juice to the mashed avocado and mix well.
Spread avocado mixture over freshly toasted bread. Add optional toppings if desired, and enjoy this great start to your day!
